500 Health Workers Trained in Q1 2026

We are proud to share that our community health worker training programme has reached a significant milestone — over 500 frontline health workers trained in the first quarter of 2026 alone.

These workers are now equipped with essential skills in maternal care, basic diagnostics, mental health first aid, disease prevention, and community health education. Many are returning to some of the most remote and under-resourced communities in Cameroon and neighbouring regions.

**Training highlights:** - 12 training sessions held across 6 regions - 60% of participants were women - Practical simulations and hands-on clinical placements included - Ongoing mentorship and supervision provided post-training

This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication of our training staff, the support of our partners, and the commitment of every health worker who chose to serve their community.
